Cathrine G. Greven
FIPA GCPA Dip FA

Accountant & Financial Planner

I have worked in the accounting profession in Adelaide since 1985. I initially worked with other accounting companies before forming Greven & Co in 1993. From 1996 I saw the urgency to be educated and trained in financial services, so as to provide my clients with professional and accurate financial advice pertaining to not only their personal lives, but also to capture their business interests in that advice

I have obtained valuable professional experience both in my own right and by working with recognised experts in their fields to provide a reliable reference base for the benefit of my clients.

My qualifications are:
Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants
Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting
Business Certificate in Accounting
Registered Tax Agent
Diploma in Financial Advising
Estate Planning

In my downtime, I enjoy painting (acrylic's and watercolours) – some of my works are hanging in my office, reading a variety of books from thrillers to self-improvement.  I love to get outdoors and walk my two dogs, George & Chloe whenever I can, I practice Pilates, I also enjoy tending to my garden along with going out with family & friends for dinner and or a movie.  I also take time out to travel (short and long holidays) as I believe you have to recharge your batteries in order to provide my clients with the best service I can.

Rachel Marett

Client Services Officer-Greven Financial Services

I have worked in the Banking & Financial Sector throughout my career, including many years with Westpac Banking Corporation & National Australia Bank in a variety of roles.  I joined Greven Financial Services in July 2014 as Client Services Officer.

I share my life with Bruce (Husband) & Max (Miniature Poodle).  I enjoy good food, wine, movies, live theatre, spending time with friends and am passionate about animals & their welfare.

Jessye Gelder

Administrative Assistant-Greven & Co

I work at Greven & Co part-time as an Administrative Assistant, while I complete my Certificate 3 in Business Administration at TAFE.

I am artist in my spare time, specialising in ceramics and analogue photography. I enjoy the meditative process of hand building pots and throwing on the wheel. The slow process of ceramics enables discoveries into the ways that ceramics and photography can intersect to create experimental cameras and images.

To relax I enjoy Pilates and yoga, walking, listening to podcasts and watching TV.

Zak Mildren

Junior Paraplanner-Greven Financial Services

I've spent the past 7 years on and off with Greven & Co as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant while I completed my studies at the University of South Australia, gaining a degree in Bachelor of Business Management at the end of 2016.

I joined Greven & Co as a Junior Paraplanner in the middle of 2017, and I'm studying for a Diploma of Finance online at the same time.

I enjoy staying fit and active through sport, mainly Soccer where I play for the Pembroke Old Scholar Soccer Club (POSSC) as well as participating in indoor soccer competitions weekly. At POSSC I'm also the Club's Squad's Manager (since 2016), a General Committee Member (since 2015) and on the Coach's Selection Committee (since 2016).

When I'm not running around the soccer pitch or at work, I enjoy spending time with friends, playing strategy computer games and watching TV series at home on the sofa.

Jamie Smith

Accountant-Greven Accounting Services

I began my career in accounting in 2012 as a receptionist for an accounting practice in Sydney. During my time there I completed my Certificate IV in Accounting. After returning to Adelaide in 2015, I resumed my studies at TAFE (currently completing my Diploma in Accounting) and joined the Greven Team as a Client Services Officer. I provide administration and accounting support to the staff and clients of the firm.

I spend my spare time with my husband and young sons. I enjoy thai food, great wine, shopping and travelling locally – particularly to the Barossa Valley.

Ratana Ravuth

Client Services Officer, Accounting-Greven & Co

I joined Greven & Co in September 2018 as Client Services Officer in Accounting, while completing my Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at the University of South Australia.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach (even in winter), spending time with friends and family, reading self-improvement books, meditations and watching TV.
